Return Policy
Please contact adotathens@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will follow up with return instructions. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs of their return, and all items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Any items shipped after will not be accepted for a refund. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your issued refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note items marked as “SALE” are non-refundable.
Bags must be returned in their original packaging and must be unworn to be eligible for a refund.
A Dot reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
Cancelation Rights
Kindly reach out to adotathens@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order placement, and we will promptly process a refund for your order, deducting a the 3% service fee for the transaction.
We offer this 24 hour window as each piece is made to order and this process begins immediately.
